AI Strategy — Fractional CTO — Agent & Automation Engineering
Three decades shipping products end to end. Now I build the AI systems that run inside them — strategy through production code.
Fractional CTO and AI strategy lead with production systems running inside a 100-year-old valve manufacturer, an enterprise digital-twin platform, and a HIPAA-compliant healthcare data company. Founder and CEO of Pragmatic Labs AI, building a no-code platform for deploying automation, decision-support, and workflow AI for small and mid-sized businesses — while serving as fractional CTO to Walworth Group and Spinview.
Thirty years of P&L ownership, fundraising, and acquisition diligence sit underneath the AI work: one company grossed more than $60M, another was built and sold into an acquirer, a third was acquired outright. That founder discipline is what turns an AI pilot into something a business can actually run production traffic on.
Agent skills and a coding-agent harness published under the Pragmatic Labs AI org — in daily production use, not slideware.
